MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Bank of New Hampshire Corp. said it filed a resignation statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of 600,000 common shares and up to 90,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
The company said it plans to use a portion of the net proceeds for capital contributions to its banking subsidiary, and to use the balance for other corporate purposes.
The company said it has about 3.4 million shares outstanding.
