LUZERNE NATIONAL BANK, Luzerne, Pa., said William V. Leandri has been named chief executive officer and executive vice president.
He comes to the bank from Merchants Bank North, Allentown, Pa., where he was regional vice president and former executive vice president and chief operating officer.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
