Orange County Bank of Paoli, Ind., signed a software agreement with Systematics Financial Services Inc., Little Rock, Ark. With $76 million of assets, Orange County Bank operates two branches in Indiana.
The bank will be leasing a relational data base geared to community banks. It runs on the IBM AS/400.
Fortune Bank of Clearwater, Fla., has signed a long-term outsourcing and software agreement with Systematics. Fortune Bank has assets of $2.7 billion and 46 branches in Florida.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
