The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE Bank of San Francisco said Nancy G. Learned, president of Learned-Mahn Inc., Boise, Idaho, has been appointed to its advisory council on small business and agriculture.

The 12-member council is a source of information to the bank on current and pending developments in the small-business and agricultural sectors in the Fed district, a region covering nine states.

Ms. Learned succeeds Boyd R. Poulton, a partner at Price, Poulton and Co., Burley, Idaho, a council member since 1990.
