Compliance Systems Inc. has released a PC-based version of the company's corporate trust automation software, which was designed to monitor administrative staff, reduce risk, and aid in disaster recovery.
Among the new features of BondCompli 3.0 are a calendar to track ticklers and memos, expanded report capabilities, and additional screens to cover more administrative and compliance items.
The company's imaging software has also been integrated with the trust system for PC access to documents and letters.
Mercantile Bank, St. Louis, recently signed a multiyear contract for use of the system.
Since the system is sold in modules, the price varies.
Compliance Systems is based in St. Paul.
