Barnett issue offered through Goldman.

NEW YORK -- A $150 million issue of Barnett Banks Inc. floating-rate notes was offered through Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The notes, due June 1, 1996, were priced at par to yield 23 basis points over the three-month London interbank offered rate.

The interest rate is adjusted quarterly, Goldman said.

The notes are expected to be rated Baa1 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and A-minus by Standard & Poor's Corp.
