CES readies 800 number for speakers of Spanish.

CES Card Establishment Services, the secondqargest payment processor in the country, will soon offer voice-authorization and voice-response services in Spanish.

Starting in November, Sparash-speaking merchants will be provided with a special 800 number to access these services. Spanish-speaking representatives will also be available in both CES client services and point of sale help desks.

In addition, CES is producing marketing brochures in Spanish.

After starting the Spanish services and evaluating usage, CES plans to expand the service to include other foreign languages.
