Outsource Technology inks Missouri Bank.

Outsource Technology won a contract to handle the data processing of the First National Bank of the MidSouth in Sikeston, Mo.

The $260 million-asset bank will replace its in-house system. OuTech will assume support for all deposit, lending, and automated teller machine transaction functions. Conversion is scheduled for November 1994.

Ou Tech, a data processor headquartered in West Des Moines, provides financial application support for financial services firms. It is a subsidiary of Financial Information Trust, a financial data processor.

The company uses software from Information Technologies Inc., which has traditionally licensed its software to clients for use as an in-house system.
