NABL approves officers, board members.

CHICAGO -- The National Association of Bond Lawyers approved a new slate of officers and some new board members at an annual meeting in Chicago last night.

Drew Kintzinger, a lawyer with Briggs and Morgan in Minneapolis, became the association's president, after serving as president-elect for the past year.

Members of the association elected William McBride, a lawyer with Hunton & Williams in Raleigh, N.C., as president-elect. McBride will replace Kintzinger as president next fall.

Perry Israel, a lawyer with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco was elected secretary of the association's board, and Stephen A. Edwards, a lawyer with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia, was elected treasurer.

Howard Zucker, a lawyer with Hawkins, Delafield & Wood in New York, and William Conner, a lawyer with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Cleveland, were elected as new board members for three-year terms that will expire in 1997.

Susan Weeks, a lawyer with Foley & Judell in New Orleans, was elected to the board for a two-year term that will expire in 1996.

Those leaving the board include Jane Dickey, a lawyer with the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Ark., a past president of the association; Helen Atkeson, a lawyer with Svis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver; and Charles Henck, a lawyer with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Washington.
