PHILADELPHIA CoreStates Financial Corp., Philadelphia, has added the CoreStates Check Card to its family of Core cards.
The Visa debit product will be accepted worldwide at any of the 11 million Visa merchant locations.
An alternative to cash and checks, the card is linked to the customer's deposit account and point of sale purchase value is automatically deducted.
Accepted through the Visa Check/Interlink network, the card can be used to access cash worldwide at automated teller machines bearing the Interlink logo, as well as for point of sale transactions at merchant locations.
