Michael F. Elliott has been appointed president, chief executive officer, and a director of National City Bank of Evansville, Ind., a subsidiary of National City Bancshares.
He replaces John D. Lippert, who will remain chairman of the board of National City Bank and the parent company.
Mr. Elliott is a director and executive vice president of National City Bancshares and former president of Sure Financial Corp. He has over 20 years of banking experience. He is also a former assistant national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
