TRUCKEE, Calif. -- Sierra Tahoe Bancorp has opened a Small Business Administration loan production office in Orange County, Calif., and a mortgage lending office in Bellevue, Wash.
"These new offices reflect the company's strategy to expand into new geographic areas on a selective basis," said William T. Fike, chief executive officer.
The bank services 83 SBA loans in Orange County and the surrounding area that were purchased in 1990 from the Resolution Trust Corp.
Sierra Tahoe Bancorp is the holding Company for Truckee River Bank in Truckee and Sierra Bank of Nevada in Reno.
