Directors Mortgage to use Guaranty's fraud data base.

Directors Mortgage Loan Corp. of Riverside, Calif., will use a fraud data base system provided by Guaranty Asset Protection Services.

The data base, which is now available through Computer Power Inc.'s on-line network for the mortgage industry, provides fraud screening prior to loan origination in order to identify questionable loans. The on-line service enables lenders to enter loan data and receive responses on suspected or known fraud for $5 per loan.

Guaranty Access is owned by Guaranty Bank of Milwaukee. Computer Power, a division of Systematics Information Services Inc., is based in Jacksonville, Fla.
