Keene, N.H. - CFX Corp. will pay a regular cash dividend of 23 cents per share and a 5% common stock dividend on Jan 20 to shareholders of record Dec. 23.
The board of directors also voted for a 35-cent dividend on its preferred stock, payable Dec. 30 to shareholders of Dec. 16. CFX has $759 million in assets and 26 offices in New Hampshire.
