HACKENSACK, N.J. -- First Data Corp., the rapidly growing information and transaction-processing organization, named Donald F. Crowley senior vice president of human resources.
He will report to Ric Duques, chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Crowley will also be on First Data's management committee.
Mr. Crowley, 53, joined First Data from Citibank, where he had headed the corporate compensation and benefits division since 1987. He oversaw the design of compensation and benefits programs affecting more than 80,000 Citibank employees in 94 countries.
First Data has more than 22,000 employees.
Previously, Mr. Crowley had worked in human resources for both Chemical Bank and Xerox Corp.
