Ameribanc to sell Virginia shopping center.

ANNANDALE, Va. -- Ameribanc Inventors Group said its principal subsidiary, Ameribanc Savings Bank had signed a contract for the sale of the Glen Shopping Center in Prince William County for $12.8 million.

The price consists of $1.92 million in cash and a ten-year note for $10.88 million. The shopping center is 97 percent leased and is anchored by a Safeway Marketplace grocery store.
