EVERGREEN BANCORP,
Glens Falls, N.Y. said George W. Dougan, president and chief executive officer, has been elected to the additional post of board chairman.
He replaces interim chairman Edward F. Allard, who resigned from the board to pursue other interests.
Evergreen Bank, a unit in A1bany, has, elected Edward P. McConville chairman of the board.
Mr. McConville, a partner in the law firm of Maney, McConville & Laccardi, has been a director of the bank since 1985 and was its president from 1984 to 1986.
