Kemper holders approve three pricing options.

Kemper mutual fund shareholders have given the company the green light to reorganize its mutual funds into a single fund family with three pricing options.

Shareholders approved the multiple-class share structure and the addition of level-load pricing at a shareholder meeting May 25 at Kemper Financial Services headquarters in Chicago.

Starting June 1, newspapers' mutual fund tables will give listing with A, B, and C shares.

A shares are funds sold with an up-front sales charge, B shared carry a redemption fee, and C shares levy an annual fee.

"This new structure will create a more comprehensive product line that offers financial representatives and shareholders more pricing options, additional fired choices, and increased flexibility," said Charles Kierscht, president of Kemper Mutual Funds.
