Command Credit Corp., Garden City, N.Y., has signed an agreement to become a credit card servicer for Prime Source LLC, a medical care service in Salt Lake City that provides managed health care.
Prime Source will offer a health care credit card in the Salt Lake area, and said it plans to expand the program to major population centers.
The medical card will be issued to qualifying patients who use medical services provided by a network of health care providers developed by Prime Source.
The companies said patients and issuers will save about 50% on their health care costs.
