Early, Cloud Co. is demonstrating two new products at the American Bankers Association National Operations and Automation Conference in San Francisco this week.
The two products, Call-Flow and Message Driven Processor, help banks improve the quality of their customer-service operations.
CallFlow is distributed call-center software that allows banks to automate their telephone-based, customer-contact operations with voice-data integration, universal data access over the network, and workflow management.
CallFlow provides banks with the performance benefits of on-line transaction processing and the flexibility to support a message-oriented approach for managing complex business requests. CallFlow, which runs under International Business Machines Corp.'s Customer Information Control System transaction-processing monitor, provides a fully integrated system for customer contact functions including telebanking, customer support, order entry, account management, direct response, and collections.
Message Driven Processor is the Newport, R.I.-based vendor's message-oriented product that insulates programmer-created client-server applications the need for code for low-level data base and network-protocol interfaces that are difficult to use and maintain.
