Wilmington named as trustee bank.

Wilmington Trust of Pennsylvania has been named a trustee bank of the Philadelphia Foundation.

The bank, a unit of Delaware-based Wilmington Trust Corp., is one of 11 trustees of the foundation, which connects individual and family trusts with non-profit organizations in five Southeastern Pennsylvania counties.

"We welcome Wilmington Trust as a new partner in our work and believe that this new relationship will help us better serve Chester and Delaware Counties," said Carrolle Fair Perry, the foundation's director.

The foundation has assets of $93 million in 195 endowments.
