Ex-Visa U.S.A. marketing chief to head Harrah's Casinos.

Former Visa U.S.A. marketing chief Bradford W, Morgan has gambling in his future.

Mr. Morgan, whose background is in consumer brands management, last week was named executive-vice president of Promus Cos,' Harrah's casino division. Memphis-based Promus said he is-responsible for making Harrah's "the premier national brand name" in casino entertainment.

Mr. Morgan left Visa, as executive vice president of marketing and sales, last September. He said he was looking for a full business line to run.

Other management changes Were occurring at the same time. Carl Pascarella was taking. over as president of Visa U.S.A. and Edmund Jensen, then of U.S. Bancorp of Oregon, would take. the helm of Visa International about four months later.

Before joining Visa in 1988, Mr. Morgan, 48, worked at GAF Building Materials Corp., American Cyanamid, and Procter & Gamble.
