Three community banks signed long-term agreements with Systematics Financial Services Inc.
The banks are Guaranty Bank and Trust Co. of Denver, which has assets of $150 million and serves small and midsize commercial customers in the Denver area; Florida's Family Bank of Hallendale, which has assets of $170 million and five locations in Broward and Dade counties; and Sabine State Bank and Trust Co. of Many, La., which has assets of $140 million and operates 11 branches in northwest Louisiana.
All three banks will use the Horizon banking system, which is designed for the IBM AS/400 platform.
