FARGO, N.D.-- Community First Bancshares indexed by message said it reached an agreement in principle to acquire Minowa Bancshares. Terms were not disclosed.
Minowa controls banks with $232 million of assets, including Decorah State Bank of Decorah, Iowa; Minnesota Bank of Caledonia; and First National Bank of Mabel, Minn.
