LONG BEACH, Calif. -- Earth Technology Corp. said it has secured a $20 million revolving credit agreement with Continental Bank of Chicago.
The facility, secured by virtually all Earth Technology's assets, is effective through May 24, 1997. Borrowings are subject to certain quarterly covenants and a formula based on accounts receivable.
