CF Bancorp earnings were flat in quarter.

DAVENPORT, Iowa -- CF Bancorp, Inc. earned $742,000 in its fiscal fourth quarter ended June 30, 1994, compared with a profit of $805,000 in the year-earlier period.

The 1993 quarterly profit included a one time after tax gain of $92,000 on the sale of real estate owned. Absent this one time gain, this year's quarterly earnings represent a 4.1% increase over the same quarter's earnings in fiscal 1993.

This year's fourth quarter fully diluted earnings per share were 77 cents versus 80 cents per share last year.

For the full fiscal year ended June 30, 1994, earnings were $3.5 million. This includes a $435,000 one-time gain. Excluding this gain, earnings were $3 million, 21.2% higher than the $2.5 million the company earned for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1993.

CF Bancorp, holding company for Citizens Federal Savings Bank, Davenport, trades on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol CFBC. At June 30, the company had $223.3 million in assets.
