CONCORD, N.H. -- First Deposit Corp. of San Francisco has promoted Dianne Peterson to president of its New Hampshire subsidiary, First Deposit National Credit Card Bank.
Ms. Peterson joined First Deposit in 1986 and in 1990 was named assistant vice president, operations officer.
In her new position, Ms. Peterson will be on the bank's board of directors and will represent the bank in the New Hampshire Bankers Association. She will be a member of the bank's loan committee and Community Reinvestment Act committee, while continuing to manage back-office operations.
Ms. Peterson's active community service was noted as a plus for the $4 billion-asset First Deposit Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Providian Corp., Louisville, Ky.
