Warburg adds 2 execs to derivatives team.

LONDON -- S.G. Warburg Securities has expanded its global derivatives team by adding executives in New York and London.

The securities firm said it hired Dale Wilson, formerly head of derivatives trading at Merrill Lynch Canada, to head the marketing and risk management of fixed income and currency products in the U.S. and Canada.

The other new appointee is Marc Halpern, who will jointly manage Warburg's fixed income derivatives and structured product activities in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland. He was in charge of French institutional investors for Credit Suisse Financial Products.
