Four named executive VPs at AmSouth in Birmingham.

Marie A. Bone, O.B. Grayson Hall Jr., and C. Marvin Scott Jr., senior officers of AmSouth Bancorp., Birmingham. Ala., have been elected executive vice presidents.

Candice W. Rogers joins the bank holding company's senior management team as executive vice president and marketing director.

Ms. Rogers was formerly with Bank One Texas, where she was marketing director.

Ms. Bone is Northern Alabama area executive.

She joined AmSouth in 1980 and served as a credit analyst and commercial loan officer in Birmingham, and manager of business banking and head of the central Alabama area before being named city president for AmSouth Bank in Huntsville in 1992.

She became a senior vice president in-1984 and north Alabama area executive last year.

Mr. Hall, operations division head, joined AmSouth Bank's management training program in 1980. He held positions as manager of lockbox services, cash management services, and bank operations before being named operations division head in 1993.

He was promoted to vice president in 1985 and to senior vice president in 1988.

Mr. Scott, manager of the consumer banking division, joined AmSouth in 1988 as senior vice president of consumer deposit services.

He was named director of marketing for the corporation in 1991 and assumed his position. as manager of the consumer banking division in 1993.
