First Western Bancorp Names Executives

First Western Bancorp, New Castle, Pa., promoted Dean M. Gouin to senior vice president, credit administration.

He replaces Jack L. Sadler, who retired after more than 35 years of service.

Mr. Gouin will manage the commercial lending function for First Western and its two banking subsidiaries, First Western Bank NA and First Western Bank FSB. His responsibilities will include establishing credit policies and procedures for the company as well as oversight of the commercial credit approval process for its banking units.

George M. Adams has been promoted to vice president of commercial lending. His primary responsibilities include management of commercial lending for the central district and oversight of loss control and recovery.

Ronald L. Noble has been hired for the newly created post of director of organizational development and training. He had been a senior staff organization development consultant at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren, Ohio, a unit of General Motors Corp.

Mr. Noble's responsibilities include facilitating strategic planning and aligning resources and systems to meet corporate objectives..
