DiLorenzo Joins Firstrust Bank As Chief Credit Policy Officer

Richard F. DiLorenzo has moved to Firstrust Bank, Philadelphia, as chief credit policy officer.

He held the same title at First Fidelity Bank, Philadelphia, where he was also executive vice president.

Before joining First Fidelity, Mr. DiLorenzo was executive vice president and deputy credit policy officer at CoreStates Financial Corp., Philadelphia. He joined CoreStates when it acquired First Pennsylvania Bank, where he was chief credit officer.

Firstrust said Mr. DiLorenzo will be involved with developing and recommending loan portfolio objectives, policies, and procedures. He will also help Richard J. Green, president and CEO, in refining risk management criteria, monitoring results, and providing guidance to all lending activities, the bank said.

Mr. DiLorenzo will be a member of the bank's loan, asset-liability, and investment committees.
