Banc One Capital Names Two to Executive Committee

Banc One Capital Corp. has named Daniel Jessee and William Roberts to its executive committee.

Mr. Jessee is currently in charge of structured finance and asset securitization for the unit of Banc One Corp., Columbus, Ohio.

Before joining the company in 1986, he was executive vice president and head of real estate development finance at Barnett-Range Corp. in Stockton, Calif.

The appointment of Mr. Roberts brings expertise in housing and health care finance.

He was a vice president with Westpac Banking Corp.'s capital markets group in New York before joining Banc One Capital in 1990. Before that he was president of Cranston Securities Co. and Cranston Mortgage Co. from 1980 to 1987.

The pair join Michael Endres and James Chapman on the executive committee.

Mr. Endres is in charge of corporate finance and merchant banking, while Mr. Chapman heads the capital market group for Banc One Corp.

All four are vice chairmen of the financing company.
