Two Join Secura's Two Join Secura's Compliance Practice

WASHINGTON - Just weeks after one of its top consultants left for another company, Secura Group has hired two managers for its regulatory compliance practice.

Secura, a financial consulting firm with offices in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, named Mary T. Somerville and Albert V. DeLeon.

The new hires follow the departure of Secura principal Jeanine Catalano, who joined KPMG Peat Marwick's regulatory advisory practice this summer.

Ms. Somerville has 15 years of community banking experience, most recently a one-year stint as vice president of risk management with George Mason Bank in Fairfax, Va. She has also served at various banks as a senior credit officer, loan administration officer, loan review officer, compliance officer and Community Reinvestment Act officer. She will work out of Secura's Washington office.

Mr. DeLeon, a banking attorney, had been with Natwest Bank in Jersey City for over 18 years with responsibility for the general banking regulatory and compliance group. He will work out of the Secura's New York office.
