In Brief: Shelton Bancorp Moves Record Date for Voting

SHELTON, Conn. - Shelton Bancorp has moved up the date of record for voting at its Oct. 31 annual meeting, when shareholders will decide whether to approve the company's pending merger with Webster Financial Corp., Waterbury, Conn.

Only shareholders of record on Sept. 15 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.

Shareholders will also be asked to approve the reelection of three directors for three-year terms.
