Stolarczyk Is Elected By Illinois Trade Group

Raymond Stolarczyk, chairman and chief executive officer of Fidelity Federal Savings Bank, Chicago, has been elected chairman of the Illinois League of Financial Institutions, for a one-year term.

The league's immediate past chairman is Byrd Krumbholz, senior vice president of Firstar Bank Quad Cities, Moline.

Mr. Stolarczyk said plans for 1996 include soliciting additional financing for the group's legislative program, creating a new committee on educational support for members, and improving communications with members.

"As members choose different charters for serving their customers, the league is challenged to understand the changes and to respond," he said in his acceptance speech.

Elected to succeed Mr. Stolarczyk as chairman-elect was Kathleen Marinangel, chairman and chief executive officer of McHenry Savings Bank. Kenne P. Bristol, president and chief executive officer of Hinsdale Federal Bank for Savings, was elected vice chairman.

Also elected to the league's board were David C. Burba, president of First Federal Savings and Loan of Westchester; Roger O. Hileman, president and chief executive officer of First Federal Savings and Loan Association, Herrin; and Fredric G. Novy, president and chief executive officer of Liberty Federal Savings Bank, Chicago.
