FLOOD INSURANCE: Proposal to require escrow of flood insurance premiums if loan charges are escrowed. Expected to be published by the banking and thrift agencies, as well as the National Credit Union Administration, this week. Comments will probably be due in mid-December.

FARM CREDIT: Proposal to relax eligibility restrictions on Farm Credit System loans. Published by the Farm Credit Administration Sept. 11. Comments due Dec. 10.
