Card briefs: Command Credit Is Delisted from Nasdaq

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - Command Credit Corp., a financial services firm, has been delisted from Nasdaq's Small Cap Market.

Dow Jones reported that the company had received an earlier delisting notice in which Nasdaq cited concerns regarding the frequency of common stock issuances for the period Jan. 1, 1993, through June 30, 1995.

The latest notice cited the same concerns and came after a Sept. 18 oral hearing on the matter, Dow Jones reported.

Command Credit said it has requested a review of Nasdaq's decision. The company said its shares are currently trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board under the symbol CDMD.
