National Westminster Names Executive

National Westminster Bancorp, Jersey City, has named Stephen Caputo vice president of Natwest Bank's private clients investment and insurance group. Mr. Caputo is responsible for sales of employee benefit services to corporate clients. He was a mutual fund administrator at Bank of New York.
