Banc One Corp. Names Executive

Banc One Corp., Columbus, Ohio, has elected John W. Kessler a director of the bank holding company. Mr. Kessler is chairman of the New Albany Co. and chairman of Marsh & McLennan Real Estate Advisors Inc. He is also owner of the John W. Kessler Co. Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, has promoted two vice presidents. Christopher C. Binkert, who joined the bank in 1995, has been appointed vice president, director of marketing. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the Fifth Third Bancorp marketing strategy in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Naples, Florida. Randall M. Keeling has been manager of financial planning and reporting since beginning his career with Fifth Third in 1989.
