Card briefs: Visa to Extend 'Rewards' To Business Cardholders

business services, and retailing, Visa is extending its largest consumer cardholder promotional campaign to meet the needs of Visa Business Card customers. Called "Instant Visa Rewards," the program allows the more than 750,000 small-business cardholders to earn savings on purchases at leading merchants. Starting this winter, Visa Business Card customers will receive valuable merchant coupons worth nearly $500 that can be directly redeemed through participating merchants, including Continental Airlines, Avis, Penny Wise Office Products, Peachtree Accounting, and Harry & David. In the spring, a new set of merchant partners will be announced.
