European American Bank, Uniondale, N.Y., has named Daniel F. FitzPatrick as vice president, domestic funding manager.
His primary responsibilities include managing the funding of bank assets for the bank.
Mr. FitzPatrick was an assistant vice president and senior money market trader for the New York branch of Creditanstalt-Bankverein for seven years.

Chemical Banking Corp., New York, has appointed Dina Dublon as treasurer, responsible for corporate finance and planning.
Her responsibilities include financial management of the holding company; raising capital; the company's own acquisition and divestiture activities, including dealing with investment bankers; and management of relationships with rating agencies.

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., New York, has appointed Anthony T. Enders as managing partner.
Mr. Enders succeeds Terrence M. Farley, who had been managing partner since 1983.
Mr. Enders has been associated with Brown Brothers Harriman since 1962 and has spent his entire career in various banking departments. He was admitted to the partnership in 1981.
As managing partner, Mr. Enders assumes the chairmanship of the firm's steering committee.

IBJ Schroder Bank and Trust Co.,, New York, has named R. Allen Lewis vice president and trust officer.
Mr. Lewis will be responsible for expanding the bank's trust asset base by marketing its investment advisory and trust administration capabilities.
He held a number of executive positions within Chase Manhattan Bank, including most recently a vice presidency in the private banking sales division, a post he assumed in 1985.

Integra Financial Corp., which is undergoing a strategic reorganization, has named the-four person management team that will lead the investment services group.
John R. Echement, vice chairman of Integra Financial has been appointed to the additional post of chairman of the investment services group. He was president of Integra Trust Co.

Stephen G. Hartle, senior vice president of marketing and executive vice president of Integra Trust, has been named president of the group.
Anthony J. Molinero, executive president of the administration and sales division of Integra Trust, has been named executive vice president, investment management and trust, of the investment services group.
Douglas W. Sherratt, executive vice president of the asset management division and the operations and accounting divisions of Integra Trust, has been named executive vice president, asset management group. He will be responsible for the development and management of investment products for Integra's delivery system.
