The Emerging Markets Names Executives

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

The Emerging Markets Trade Association, New York, said Alex O. Rodzianko, a managing director at Chemical Bank in charge of emerging markets proprietary trading, and Peter R. Geraghty, a senior managing director of ING Capital Holdings and president of ING Securities, have been elected co-chairmen of the EMTA board of directors for 1995.

The following directors have been elected vice chairman for 1995:

*Nicholas S. Rohatyn, managing director and head of J.P. Morgan's emerging markets sales, trading, and research group.

*Frederic Z. Haller, director of Morgan Grenfell & Co. and chief executive of Morgan Grenfell Debt Arbitrage and Trading.

*Paul A. Masco, vice president of Salomon Brothers and head trader in the emerging markets group.

Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, said Hermes L. Ames, president and chief executive of Chase Manhattan Bank of Connecticut, has assumed expanded responsibilities.

Mr. Ames has been named to the additional post of regional executive for the North Metro-Connecticut Region with responsibilities for Chase's retail and corporate banking operations.
