Comerica Merges Two Investment Advisory Units with Munder Capital

Comerica Inc., Detroit, announced last week that it had completed a previously announced merger of two of its investment advisory units with Munder Capital Management, a leading money manager.

The combined firm, which has taken over Comerica's Woodbridge Capital Management and World Asset Management units, has retained the Munder name. It manages $30 billion of assets from offices in Detroit and Birmingham, Mich. Comerica has retained a minority stake in Munder. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
