Card Briefs: MBNA Prices $575 Million Of Card-Backed Securities

NEWARK, Del. - MBNA America Bank, a subsidiary of MBNA Corp., has priced $575 million of 9#1/2-year floating credit card asset-backed securities.

The securitization from the MBNA Master Credit Card Trust II consists of two classes of publicly traded securities, Classes A and B, and a class of privately placed collateral invested amounts.

The transaction, Series 1995-A, consists of $500.2 million Class A and $25.9 million Class B floating-rate, asset-backed certificates.
