Ygaimps Joseph Gaston Names Executive

Ygaimps Joseph Gaston has been named executive assistant to the president of Carver Federal Savings Bank, New York.

Mr. Gaston will assist in the investment and financial management of Carver Federal and serve as liaison with all outside regulatory agencies.

He had been a bank examiner for the New York State Banking Department for seven years before joining Carver. He has been a tax auditor for the New York City Department of Finance and a tax compliance representative for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.

Thomas L. Clark Jr., president and chief executive officer of Carver Federal, joined the bank in February. He had been deputy superintendent of banks for New York State.

Carver Federal also promoted Harry Gay to assistant vice president of facilities management, and Olivia Harris to secretary to the president. Both Mr. Gay and Ms. Harris have been named officers of the bank.
