FARM LOANS: Proposal allowing a regulation governing agricultural loan- loss amortization to expire. Published by the OCC Feb. 8. Comments were due April 10.

REG DD: Proposal under Truth-in-Savings to recalculate annual percentage yields to reflect the frequency of interest payments. Published by the Fed Jan. 26. Comments were due March 20.

BUSINESS LOANS: Proposal to cut the capital requirement on certain small business loans and leases that have been sold with recourse. Published by the Fed Feb. 1. Comments were due Feb. 27.

REG B: Proposal to revise staff commentary on equal credit opportunity rules to offer guidance on disparate treatment, special-purpose credit programs, and credit scoring systems. Published by the Fed Dec. 29. Comments were due Feb. 15.

MUTUAL FUNDS: Proposal by the National Association of Securities Dealers to regulate broker-dealers operating in banks. Specifics include prohibiting use of confidential bank records in cross-marketing of brokerage products and requiring strict physical separation of deposit- taking and brokerage operations. Comments were due Feb. 15.

FOREIGN BANKS: Proposal to establish criteria for evaluating the operations of a foreign bank that is not subject to regulation on a consolidated basis in its home country. Published by the Fed Dec. 13. Comments were due Feb. 13.

TYING: Proposal to let institutions reduce or waive fees for customers who maintain a minimum balance in a bank product, such as a checking account, and nonbank products, such as brokerage accounts. Currently, customers cannot combine bank and nonbank accounts to get discounts. Published by the Fed Oct. 26. Comments were due Dec. 9.
