Card Brief: MAC Network Extends Pacts with Three Chains

WILMINGTON, Del. - Money Access Service Inc., a subsidiary of Electronic Payment Services Inc. and operator of the MAC automated teller machine network, has extended business agreements with three major supermarket chains in New York state.

The agreements ensure that nearly 300 stores in the state will continue to accept the MAC card for purchases while offering on-site MAC ATM and point of banking services.

The three-year agreements were signed by Price Chopper Supermarkets, Schenectady; Tops Friendly Markets Inc., Williamsville; and Wegmans Food Markets Inc., Rochester.
