In Brief: Garden State Bank Gets Top CRA Rating

JACKSON, N.J. - Garden State Bank received the highest possible Community Reinvestment Act rating from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in its most recent examination.

The bank said it received the "outstanding" rating because it is a "leader in determining and helping to meet the credit needs of the entire community."

"We are elated to have received such an exemplary standing with the FDIC for our CRA activities," said president and chief executive Theodore D. Bessler.
