Credit Union Executive Elected Chairman of Plus System Board

Kenneth E. Kittock, executive vice president of Navy Federal Credit Union in Virginia, was recently elected chairman of the board of Plus System Inc.

Plus, based in Denver, is Visa International's global network of automated teller machines.

Mr. Kittock replaces Stephen P. Hirsch, vice president and head of regional bank emerging delivery at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Mr. Hirsch had been chairman for three years.

Mr. Kittock will also chair the executive committee.

Patricia Bauer, senior vice president of First Bank System Inc., Minneapolis, was elected to head the Plus product marketing committee, and Anthony N. McEwen, senior vice president of National City Corp., Cleveland, returns as chairman of the Plus operations committee.

New members elected to the board include William G. Raymond, senior vice president of Bank of America, San Francisco, and Gregory Bolac, senior vice president of Chevy Chase Bank, Laurel, Md.

The board also voted to donate $10,000 to the Oklahoma chapter of the Red Cross. The donation is to help pay for emergency services to those affected by last month's Oklahoma City bombing.
