Three Convicted in Whitewater Case

A federal jury on Tuesday convicted Arkansas Gov. Jim Guy Tucker and President Clinton's former real estate partners, James and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater trial.

James McDougal was found guilty on 18 counts in the fraud and conspiracy case, which centered on $3 million in loans from federally backed lenders. Susan McDougal was found guilty on four counts and Gov. Tucker was found guilty on two counts.
